The App is part of our 'Mobile Jobsheet System' (the System) and is suitable for any company wanting a simple way to manage their paperwork & employee jobs in the field. Mobile Jobsheet captures your job information and then synchronises the information between the Mobile Jobsheet App and your own management console (the System's Management Web Portal) where you have complete overview & control of all jobs from mobile users. Based on the ICO guidance (https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/uk-gdpr-guidance-and-resources/controllers-and-processors/controllers-and-processors-a-guide/ ) Infotek Software will be the data controller of your personal data which you provide to us or which is collected by us when you subscribe to use our software and services or via our website. For data you save about others (e.g. staff and customers) you are the data controller and Infotek Software is the processor.

Once logged-in, the App collects information provided either by you directly entering job information and/or by downloading information from your work office using the System. The information collected relates only to your client and the jobs you are working on for them.
Information collected includes:
(a) Details about the job assigned to you e.g: your client' name, their address, and details about the work required to be completed;
(b) Details about the work you have done such as notes about your actions, parts used, times taken, job images, customer signatures and general job management information.
(c) The only personal information stored on the App are the names of mobile users for the purpose of recording job times and final job completion.

In addition, the App may collect certain information automatically. This information is used used solely to help resolve any potential issues and to help improve system performance. The information collected includes, but is not limited to, the type of mobile device, the mobile operating system and version, the phone model version, the type of mobile Internet connection, and history about the App's useage.  The App does not collect the mobile device location. You can stop all collection of information by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

As you are the 'Data Controller' you will synchronise data contained on the App to the System. All job data is then available to your work office colleagues on the System's Management Web Portal.

Infotek Software does not sell, trade, or rent any App information to others. Infotek Software may use certain third party service providers to help operate their business and services or administer activities on their behalf.

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you or your company use the System and for a reasonable time thereafter. You can at any time (and free of charge) request details of the data we hold relating to you and you can also request any such data is amended or deleted; please contact us at info@infotek-software.co.uk and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the App to function properly.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our App. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

If you reside outside the United Kingdom your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United Kingdom privacy standards.
